Are you in town working for a longer period of time, on workation to explore the mountains, or need transit housing when moving here? This longstay and co-living concept is our way to facilitate social and community-based living in Östersund for periods of 1 to 6 months.

The concept includes two fully furnished and equipped apartments in the city center, with local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants just outside the door. There is one 2-bedroom apartment and one shared apartment with three separate bedrooms rented individually. Both apartments have balconies facing the cozy courtyard where Gomorron Östersund Teglet, Smithens Skafferi, and Big Lake Coffee (the best coffee in town) are based.

Membership at Gomorron Östersund is always included to make sure that you have access to great office space and not the least to a large and vibrant community with lots of activities happening on a regular basis.

The small room fits one person and has a regular-sized bed (105 cm), a wardrobe, and an armchair. It is situated in a furnished and fully equipped apartment with a total of two small rooms and one large room with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

large room

This larger room fits one or two persons and is furnished with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and an armchair. It is situated in a furnished and fully equipped apartment with a total of two small rooms and one large room with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

Number of persons: 1 to 2 persons
Price per month: 11 000 sek including VAT for 1 person, or 7000 sek / person if shared*

apartment

This furnished and fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment fits one to four persons. The large bedroom has a king-size bed and the smaller bedroom is equipped with one or two single beds.

Price per month: 18 000 sek including VAT*
